Very prompt, knowledgeable, reasonable and honest. I was expecting the worse when my furnace was failing to operate long enough to heat my home. I really didnt know who to call. But I'm so glad I chose Alternative. They were very straightforward and they didn't try to sell me any parts or services that I didnt need. Turns out I just needed a little maintenance to get my furnace back to operating as it should be. I'm very happy with the service. I will be using them for all my heating and cooling needs from this day forward. Thank you Alternative!

The owner and his crew came and installed our new furnace the other day. Fast, friendly, and efficiently. They were very respectful of my family and our home. They cleaned up after themselves and was very informative when it came to the old furnace and the new one. I would highly recommend their services to anyone in need of a new furnace or air conditioning. His trainees were knowledgeable and professional . They was able to answer all of my questions effortlessly. They set the bar high when it comes to Great Customer service experience.
