QPH was great! Cory, the tech we worked with, was on time, quickly diagnosed the problem, spent most of the day fixing it, was upfront was pricing, and able to fix everything. He serviced and repaired our HVAC system as well as fixed our sump pump. Would highly recommend Cory and the QPH team.
QPH installed a furnace and water heater at our residence. Great job and I am very pleased with the job they performed. Very quick and I am satisfied with the price and how they were able to cover the flooring and not leave a mess that had to be cleaned. On time and answered all my questions concerning the new products that had been installed. I am pleased with the entire job experience that they performed. I am pleased and would highly recommend them based on the experience at my home.
QPH sent Westly to repair a plumbing problem. He came the same day that we called, which was a relief. Westly was knowledgeable, informative, and respectful. Once he determined the problem, he got the parts and made the repair efficiently. We were very happy with the service we received from Quality Plumbing and Heating in Kokomo!
