Just had Tech Brian Morgan out for a second opinion. Was told by another company that I had a slight crack in my 2 yr old heat exchanger. He checked the furnace extensively using different methods and found no evidence of any crack. I was even looking over his shoulder as he put a camera probe in several locations and all looked clean and good. Guess you just won me as a new customer!! King's came out and repaired out water heater. Monroe was prompt and did a great job diagnosing our issue. After finding out it wasn't installed correctly when out home was built he worked through the issue. Price was fair and I will definitely be using King's again for any plumbing needs I have.
Went in on the advice of a friend, for a small piece to a bathroom faucet. Had been to 2 other stores and unable to find what I needed. Steve at Kings did not think they had one either but he did not just give up and he did indeed find the right one!
