5/5! Everyone at Duncan is amazing. Paul and Matt were excellent. They got me on the schedule for my dryer, and the next day my washer went out too. They came within an hour. Such wonderful customer service. They were mindful that children were in the home with Covid being a huge issue at the moment.

The freezer in our Sub-Zero fridge/freezer stopped working. Not only stopped it continued heating up to over 96 degrees!! Steve Duncan came out the same day and found a problem which caused to defroster unit to continue heating and not shut off. He fixed that heating problem and ordered the parts to fix it. Tony came the next day and installed parts and it's running as good as new. Great service!! And great guys!
