I scheduled a dryer vent cleaning with PG and Tyler came out to complete the job. He arrived on time and was very friendly and professional.What was to be a simple dryer vent cleaning turned into a 2 visits, due to a dryer vent pipe that had shifted and needed to be moved into position for the dryer to vent properly.Tyler and Leo showed outstanding professionalism and customer service and they were able to work together to get my vent cleaned out and working.All of the work they put in should have cost much more than PG charged me, I am very grateful. I will go to them for my HVAC needs in the future.
Very good detailed explanation of service. Chad was very informative and I feel the price offered was more than fair. Will review again once job is complete. So far it has been a good experience.Mitch and Kyle were the techs who installed our new system. Could not be happier with the service and professionalism they gave. Explained and showed us everything that was done, even went so far as to assist me in downloading the app on my phone. Awesome guys! Amazing communication! Even had the courtesy to ask to come early! Very friendly, professional and willing to listen to all that needs done and to give an estimate! Highly recommend! One stop shop and it’s just the way I like it!!! Great work!
