We had to get our addition leveled recently, and the company said that we had to move our central AC unit in order for them to complete the job. Devon Dressler was our technician who completed the job. He came out the day before the move to take a peek and evaluate what needed to be done. It was a great experience. He came at the exact time he said he would. He explained exactly what had to be done and gave me a quote. I had a lot of questions after he left and he IMMEDIATELY replied for every single one. When he came back THE NEXT DAY to move the unit, it was also the exact time that was scheduled. He is a fantastic tech, and PG is a fantastic company. We highly recommend them.
