Thank you MJM for the service last month to fix our AC unit when the blower motor had gone out. It was during a really hot week, and MJM was able to send a technician early the next morning. The technician not only replaced the blower motor (he did not suggest that we needed a new unit, as he was confident our unit could be fixed), but he was able to diagnose and fix an issue we have had with our AC since another company installed 13 years ago. The tech listened to my comments that when the unit was working, it just never kept the house cool enough. .. the temp inside would climb all day into the high 70s, and then the unit would get it back down to 72 at night.… read full review
