Tyre and Adam were amazing to work with. I had a different larger AC company out to do an AC tune up and they completely messed up my system. Tyra was the tech that came out, diagnosed a simple issue that he then made a couple recommendations to resolve. Fixed and ready to go! Would highly recommend them due to their integrity and fast and accurate diagnosis.

Integrity first and foremost. We have a 2 and a half year old new Lancia home and the AC stopped working of course right after the warranty ended. Elite came and looked at it and told us it was an issue from installation and told us there was no charge. We were freighting a high repair bill that we thought we would avoid by buying a new home. They could have easily charged us and we wouldn't have known the difference. BUT THEY DIDN'T! They were honest. Not always the case in the service industry. Highly recommend this company!!!
