Collin was friendly, listened to my concerns, fixed the problem and serviced my furnace. Auburn Heating and Cooling also installed the furnace and AC in 2019 and did a great job, was very informative, and they came in at a lower estimate than three other local companies. We are thrilled with the furnace and air conditioner installed in 2019, have had zero mechanical problems, and the cause of the issue Collin fixed was not a furnace issue, it was a gas valve issue. I have recommended Auburn heating and cooling to multiple friends and family, and all have been very satisfied.
We had Auburn Heat and Air install our air conditioning unit 17yrs ago and have never regretted it!In those years only a couple repairs needed they were very timely and very reasonable.Cant say enough about them awesome people,sincerely ****** family.
Auburn Heating has been my go to for HVAC replacement and service. I also used them for the replacement of our water line and sewer line replacement. Have been very responsive to our service after the sale needs.
