They were wonderful in helping me change my schedule a few times at the last minute.The physical therapists are amazing here! Extremely friendly, and easy going. David was my main PT. He is absolutely top notch. Even though I left there huffing and puffing and looking like a hot mess every time- ? I knew that he wouldn't challenge me to do anything that he thought I couldn't do. Everything was at my pace and I truly felt like he listened to me with any concerns I had.Shout outs to April, Vince and Maria... thank you for being wonderful as well.Bottom line.... I would hands down choose this place again if I ever need to have PT services again.“

“While out of town we had to find an Urgent Care for COVID tests. Every testing facility and Urgent Care is slammed. So no matter where you go, you need to have patience with the medical staff. They are working their tushes off and this place was no exception. When we first got in, they advised it would be 2-3 hours for a wait. They then shifted staff resources to help assist with the Urgent Care needs so we were in and out rather quickly. From the front desk staff to the nurses, we had a very good experience. They even changed the channel on the TV for the kids! We appreciated their kindness under our circumstances.“

“This has been the only place now go for my quick 'get well' needs. Every time I visit, they've been very pleasant and have prescribed meds that have worked. I wish they were opened to later hours. I never make an appt. yet I've been seen within a reasonable time.“

“I was dreading taking my daughter to the immediate/urgent care as it is usually a long wait. However, this was not the case. My experience was quick and easy starting at reception. The young lady at the reception/intake desk was personable, professional and efficient. We were called to the back before I was done talking to the young lady at the reception desk. The nurse and doctor were pleasant and attentive once we got to the back. They both asked a lot of questions to determine a diagnosis. They were quick and we were only there approximately 45 mins total. I will go back.“

“Came in for working well, DOT exam. Dr headley found something, and basically, I had find out what it is. Denied driving till I got fixed. In saying this, this dr does his job. Very happy that I had to do my dot exam again cause I found out things about my body. I seen othe Dr's at other locations, and they always said I was good. For now on this is my main hospital, staff is awesome. Hard to find ppl to do their job and love it. These guys are here for me and u to. Don't waist no time on anyone else. Come see Dr headley truckers, money don't matter if u don't have the health“

“Got to see provider Joanne very quickly, as I had not been feeling well for some time that was refreshing. The provider listened thoroughly and was patient with me and took the time to explain things. I'm happy I found this place in Hobart as I had recently just moved here! Thank you!“

“The doctor, staff, and receptionists are all super friendly and understanding. Every MA/Nurse I encountered were very patient and the Doctor definitely put me at ease.

The wait was pretty crazy, I think I waited for about 2.5 hours - but once I was called back, I had great service from all involved.

From what I was told, they were very understaffed today in particular - and when I was in my room I could hear each MA running around trying to help eachother - so I believe that.

Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience, just a bit frustrating with the wait. Definitely would give it another try“
