“Seen in a timely manner. After X-ray completed told Radiologist would read them.Dr treating me at Immediate Care came back quickly with treatment plan. I was discharged and off to pharmacy. Bruised shoulder,, hip and RIBS post fall.“

“I went there, checked in, sat down for about 30 seconds before I was called back. They took my vitals easy peasy, and I waited about 30 more seconds for the doc to come in. He was very nice and diagnosed me in no time. Before I knew it, I was out the door and on my way to the pharmacy and then home. I will definitely go there again.“

“I was referred by a friend. When i first went in, they took me seriously ie. listened, took xrays, and tried some things to help my constant pain.They saw my issue and are putting me on a plan of action. I couldn’t be happier! Dr. Chand and everyone that work there were so nice.“

“While out of town we had to find an Urgent Care for COVID tests. Every testing facility and Urgent Care is slammed. So no matter where you go, you need to have patience with the medical staff. They are working their tushes off and this place was no exception. When we first got in, they advised it would be 2-3 hours for a wait. They then shifted staff resources to help assist with the Urgent Care needs so we were in and out rather quickly. From the front desk staff to the nurses, we had a very good experience. They even changed the channel on the TV for the kids! We appreciated their kindness under our circumstances.“

“This has been the only place now go for my quick 'get well' needs. Every time I visit, they've been very pleasant and have prescribed meds that have worked. I wish they were opened to later hours. I never make an appt. yet I've been seen within a reasonable time.“

“The doctor, staff, and receptionists are all super friendly and understanding. Every MA/Nurse I encountered were very patient and the Doctor definitely put me at ease.

The wait was pretty crazy, I think I waited for about 2.5 hours - but once I was called back, I had great service from all involved.

From what I was told, they were very understaffed today in particular - and when I was in my room I could hear each MA running around trying to help eachother - so I believe that.

Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience, just a bit frustrating with the wait. Definitely would give it another try“
