Didn’t care for the office. I waited months and months for two appointments that were both rescheduled for births which is fine but I also have a brain condition that spontaneously can give me debilitating pain some days. So when the third appointment day finally came I suddenly had a flare up and had to call in to cancel my appointment (called first thing as soon as the office opened) and the answering lady lectured me to call a day prior next time. I literally said well I don’t plan the days that my brain decides to be in severe pain. And she said we’ll just plan to call ahead. Scheduled with a doctor out of network after that call /:

I had a surgical procedure at Franscian Pointe recently and extremely pleased with the care given to me by Julie, my pre-OP and post-OP nurse, Pam and Erica, the surgical nurses, and by Jason, all truly seemed to enjoy doing their jobs. When I left i was given flowers. A nurse from the facility even called the day after to see how I was doing. I would definitely use this facility again.
