I had to go here to get some labs done! This was my first time there. I signed in, took a seat, and waited to be called. It was a full house, but my wait was pretty quick. I was called to get registered. They also have a sign that says if you are not called within 15 minutes to let someone know!! Loved that!
Nicole was my Senior Customer Service Representative, and I noticed that it looked like she was training someone. This was the first time she had experienced a referral from this particular insurance, so it was a learning experience for her. Her supervisor even stopped through and became familiar with it!

Awesome professional care from entry to exit. Staff created a climate that made me feel like I had been a patient they knew for years. Thankful for the personnel on staff that night, it really made a difference.
Seen in a timely manner. After X-ray completed told Radiologist would read them.Dr treating me at Immediate Care came back quickly with treatment plan. I was discharged and off to pharmacy. Bruised shoulder,, hip and RIBS post fall.
