Staff is very rude. The staff comes in with the patients. The clinic opens at 9 am, they come in at 9 am. I was told it is a Illinois state law requires you to have a state ID at 16. Shame on you! It’s not a law! From then on they only addressed my son. Granted he is 18, however a high school student and a dependent. No insurance and No job. I have understand the rules however the nice nasty is not showing the BOE’s of Advocate aurora. You Never know who your clients are. Do better. I wish I could give the staff zero stars.
