After discovering we had water in the basement due to a failed sump pump, I called Chris at 4:30 in the afternoon. He came over at 5:30 and in less than two hours he had it replaced and cleaned up the area.

I've been in construction for 40 years. If there is a better plumber in Michiana I have not met him. Came when he said he would, exceptionally clean, professional, knowledgeable, straightforward and customer oriented. Chris does his work like it was his own house. Called with what I thought was a sump pump problem and Chris heard my issues and educated me over the phone explaining that what I was experiencing was normal activity. He was very responsive in sending someone out today if needed which was great for me but luckily he said it did not sound like a problem. Taught me alot and saved me money. To me that's a honest business that I would recommend and plan to use in the future.
