By the end of the next day, my boy was almost back to normal. We have seen Dr. Anderson for almost 12 years and are always amazed at his knowledge, caring spirit and making us feel like our dog is the only one on the face of the earth . His staff is second to none!“

“I texted for information on scheduling because when I called she texted apologizing for missing the call. We ended up working out that she could come to my house for the initial blow out on my Alaskan Malamute. I felt bad since I’m across the state line but the charge was very reasonable and she already had a mother client in my area too. She texted one night asking if that night would work, I had already told her I could do it any night with notice. I was an hour away which gave her time to get things ready and get to my house.This was his first blow out and first time meeting her so I was nervous. But he immediately loved her and shoved his nose all over her equipment, so excited to smell all the other dogs. He wasn’t thrilled with the blower but she was so patient and instructed us on how to help him get used to it. We needed up with so much fur blowing around the backyard but it means it’s not inside my house. We used the blower to clean our clothes off after. And helped her clean herself off too. They haven’t been to the shop for the full grooming yet but so far I’m extremely impressed.“
“5 stars doesn't even come close to how I feel about Serenity Pet Spaw. Every single person there loves animals and it shows. I regularly used all of their services: daycare, hotel, and grooming for my dog and I can't tell you how happy he was every time we'd get there. He'd walk right in the door with no hesitation at all and made friends, both human and canine. I owe them so much for taking such good care of my little man. I will forever be grateful.“
“Rudy was great with Grizzy and us. We went to Rudy for additional training and he helped show us on better control with our gentle giant. He gave us the tools to help with walking and some basic commands. We plan on going back to learn off leash training. Thanks Rudy and staff for being so wonderful!!“
