Even so, Sharawndalyan welcomed me with a genuine smile and made me feel completely comfortable from the moment I walked in. What impressed me most was that she never made me feel like I was inconveniencing her or that she was rushing to finish so she could get out the door. Sylists and experience are consistebtly great. Online check-in has led to a handful of frustrating experiences where suggested check in time has still seen me wait 30+ minutes for a haircut. If they could clean that up it would be perfect.
