“I recently took delivery of a new mobile grooming van from Wag'n Tails. Unfortunately, just two days later, I noticed a delamination issue on the sidewall behind the grooming table.
Getting this resolved was a frustrating process at first. The van needed to be sent back to the factory in Indiana from Florida, causing a major, unexpected disruption and downtime for my business. When I tried to work out a solution for this downtime, the front-line customer service team dropped the ball on multiple follow-ups and offered little support.
Thankfully, once the issue escalated to senior leadership, the entire experience changed. I received a prompt, highly professional phone call. They openly acknowledged their internal communication errors, apologized for the frustration, and provided a very fair resolution to offset the inconvenience and extend my peace of mind.
While front-line support definitely has room for improvement, I am incredibly impressed by how ownership stands behind their product and takes care of their clients when it matters most.”
