Amazing experience and by the way he has 40+ years of experience. Our heater had a problem not turning on. I called them close to closing time at around 4pm. The owner was here promptly within 15 minutes had a solution, explained what occurred with the part which fortunately started working, explained the part may go back out but we agreed with starting with simplest solution first (seeing how long it may last) but he took the part number and said call if it does go out and we can get it squared away. Keith and his crew are friendly, responsive, and knowledgeable. They will not take you for a ride or suggest unnecessary work - they just fix what needs fixing and make sure you come out the other side with what you need. In my particular case, they beat the quote I had received from another company by almost 30%, which was huge for the work I was looking at having done. Nothing but respect for this company, and I know who I'll be calling if I need anything done in the future!Services: Heating system repair
