They were unable to do the work the first time they came because of ice & snow on our roof, but they were able to check everything while they were here (they only charged us for the actual work they did). “Amazing experience and by the way he has 40+ years of experience. Our heater had a problem not turning on. I called them close to closing time at around 4pm. The owner was here promptly within 15 minutes had a solution, explained what occurred with the part which fortunately started working, explained the part may go back out but we agreed with starting with simplest solution first (seeing how long it may last) but he took the part number and said call if it does go out and we can get it squared away.
