From the get go- Keith was my sales/quote guy. He explained everything to me about the windows,siding, the pro's, the con's. Gave me quotes on cash/financing. I genuinely felt like he wasn't just trying to get a sale or pressure me. Now Ken(the Bossman)came after I accepted the quote. He measured for materials, gave me a timeline for each job & names of the workers. Casey was my window man, he installed 6 windows & a patio door by himself!! In 1 day! He was quick & a very pleasant guy. Ken came back with Olvar( head of siding) to show him what things needed removed or replaced before siding. We had Hoosier Windows and Siding do work putting up siding on our house. The end product was outstanding! We were overwhelmed by the work crew and their supervisor, as they were courteous and detailed professionals. When the stone harbor color siding was put on, we were pleased by the finished product. The sales agent did an excellent job in service and my hats off to Mr. Richard’s. Hoosier Windows & Siding company is awesome!
From the salesman to the gentleman that measured the windows and the father/son team that did the install, everyone was professional. Each person was very friendly and they all did a wonderful job. We were extremely pleased with the finished windows inside and outside.
