Contact with all personnel was very good from start to finish. Problem was with dumpster and now with nails all around the house. Thought the cleanup could have been more thorough. I am having to rent a cleanup magnet to find the nails
About Erie Home Roofing
Erie Home Roofing is a roofing company that has manufactured, supplied, and installed roofing since 1976. The business provides ironclad warranties and convenient financing, and serves the greater Fort Wayne, IN area with roof inspections and roof damage repair services. Customers describe the installation crew as respectful, hard working, and professional. Workers arrived when scheduled, and one project was finished on schedule with the crew cleaning up the yard both days before they left. A complete tear off with new under lament and a new roof was done in a day and a half, and customers call it a clean, professional job that was well done. Customers were kept informed of progress during the project and their questions were answered. The roof looks wonderful, and with a 30 year warranty from Erie Home Roofing, customers put their trust in the products and the crew. One customer said the work was a 5, but noted issues that were worked out, including cleanup that could have been more thorough, nails around the house, and tarps that burned some landscape in the hot sun.

The work was a 5 but we had issues and they were worked out but definitely not a real smooth project. Couldn’t communicate with the workers, the foreman was the one to talk to but he didn’t get there until usually around 10 because he lived 2 1/2 hours away. They used tarps to catch the old shingles but with the hot sun it burned some of our landscape which will probably come out of it but it looks dead. They also trampled some of the bushes which will probably recover but they need to think about that kind of stuff.

Workers arrived when scheduled. They were respectful and hard working. Work finished on schedule. Crew cleaned up yard both days before they left. Kept me informed of their progress during the project and answered any questions I had. Roof looks wonderful. Roof's quality and endurance - only time will tell. But with a 30 year warranty from Erie Home Roofing I'm putting my trust in their belief in the products they use and their crew.
