Robert and his team are absolutely wonderful! Communication was always spot on, the work was done quickly and efficiently, and every single one of them were so polite and treated is like people! Definitely using them again for future projects!
Red Wolf Roofing did a good job laying out the details, very knowledgeable. Also did a good job installing the new roof. The reason I’m giving 4 stars is because they said it would be done the next week after deposit was paid, but then 3 weeks went by and their communication as to why the unexpected delays was not forthcoming or proactive. Had to reach out for updates several times. At one point we were actually concerned they just ran away with our deposit…not a good feeling. I discovered that the roof on a home I had just purchased was leaking horribly. Chuck made it out the same day while it was raining and was able to tell me what needed fixed and write up an estimate. He seemed very knowledgeable about my project, and knew exactly how to fix the issue. They helped me out of a tough situation and I appreciate that!
