“My air conditioner stopped working during the hot summer. I called Riverway at 10 a.m. and scheduled an appointment for 1 p.m. that day, excellent! (all other places had a 2 day waiting list).
Techs called and said they would be here sooner to fix a/c. They show up at 11:30 and had a/c repaired in 5 minutes! They were very courteous, knowledgeable, and fast.
Bottom line:
I called Riverway at 10 a.m. I'm sitting in the cool a/c by Noon. You cant get better service than that!

Most recently, Air Tech provided exceptional service for my 82‑year‑old mother‑in‑law after the severe 14-inch snowstorm and extreme cold. He resolved the problem immediately to prevent future issues.

What truly impressed us was that her long driveway hadn’t been plowed, yet Matt still made the trip — and even shoveled a path from the road to her house just to reach the unit. How many HVAC technicians would go that far?
