I pre-planned my Momma’s funeral with Chandlers FH 2 years prior. When they received the call about my Momma, Dave called me to schedule a time. With pre-planning we didn’t have to make 100’s of decisions or spend hours trying to guess what Momma would want. It was all decided 2 years ago. We went through all her details and signed off. Within an hour or so we had everything set for the service. Dave called the other 2 businesses we needed to visit that day, to let them know we would be stopping by. We had everything finalized within 3 hours in one day. I didn’t have to make 1 uncomfortable call during the whole process.I would 100% recommend Chandlers FH to anyone who wants/needs to pre-plan the service for themselves or a loved one. Or at a very difficult time needs a company that is compassionate, knowledgeable, and very helpful in all aspects of the process. The staff are willing to give you great guidance in the steps that follow. Being rooted in our community for so long, they know the companies you will need to work with and contacts.

On March 25, 2024, my car wouldn't start because the engine was flooded. I called AAA, and a flatbed tow truck from Bland's came to tow my car to the shop. I told Ethan, the driver, that there may be a way to de-flood the rotary (Wankel) engine. Ethan patiently found videos and did the de-flooding procedure. After twenty tries, the engine started. His efforts saved me from towing my car to the shop, having it stay there overnight, and getting charged several hundred dollars. Throughout his service, Ethan was friendly, patient, and professional. He is an asset to your company.
