No one likes it when the A/C goes out at the beginning of a heatwave! And that's just where I found myself last Thursday night. My service tech came on Friday to diagnose a major problem which required a part being ordered...on a Friday afternoon...from Memphis, TN!! SO, I stayed in close communication with Nick (aka Super Hero #1) while he tracked the shipment to be delivered on Wednesday. When the delivery window came and went, he communicated that it had been extended until about 5pm...just in time for everyone to go home for the evening. The technician was great. He was able to quickly assess the problem and make a recommendation that was not too costly. I have used them over the last few years and they have always been reliable.
We had a complex HVAC system installed in 2022 by a now-defunct contractor. Unfortunately, that install was mishandled from the start, and we spent nearly two years dealing with performance issues, system failures, and multiple service calls from other companies—none of which were able to fully resolve the problems.
Commercial Services was the fourth company we called—but the first to get everything working properly. To be clear: they were not responsible for the original install. We were referred to them through Trane, and they’ve been exceptional from day one.
