About Bates Mechanical Heating and Cooling
Bates Mechanical is a truly local family owned and operated business since 1968 with three generations. They are a Factory Authorized Bryant dealer specializing in residential furnace repair, ac repair, and installations. They offer free estimates and 24-hour emergency service.
Matt from Bates Mechanical was able to solve issues quickly and took the time to explain how to avoid it in the future. Customers love this business and trust them not to rip them off. Their work has always been reasonably priced and reliable. One customer’s AC went out, and Bates came out the same day and quoted half the cost of a franchise company. Matt even tried to get the AC going until they could return for the install. Customers couldn’t be happier with the professionalism, honesty, and making sure they fully understood what happened with their old unit and how to use the new one. They came out the same day to replace a faulty thermostat and fixed a previously bad install quickly and correctly. Customers appreciate the great work and recommend them to anyone in need of furnace repair services.
My central air conditioning went out and I called Bates mechanical. They had been here last fall and fixed my 30+ year old furnace when it stopped working and gave me a good price So I called them when the central air went out this summer and they showed up when they were supposed to and had it fixed quickly. The technician who showed up was Matt for both times and he’s very knowledgeable and very honest which is important since I’ve been screwed in the past by other places. I’ll be using them for all my hvac needs and regular servicing. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them.
Thank you to Tom with Bates Mechanic Heating & Cooling for getting our A/C unit up & running again as quickly as they did. Thanks to Patty for getting it arranged so quickly! You can count on Bates for great service!
Matt from Bates Mechanical was able to solve our issue quickly and took the time to explain how we can avoid it in the future. I would really recommend them to anyone else with a heating issue in the cold weather!
