Ecofriendly did a fantastic job replacing our HVAC and installing a tankless water heater. Our house is very old with some interesting plumbing and electrical lines and Eco did a great job re-running some of those lines and they helped us optimize space in our basement! They really went above and beyond!! Very happy with the service.
I was pleased with the professionalism and the job completed by the Ecofriendly Mechanical Team in reference to installing my new gas furnace and ac. When I initially got bids for the new furnace/ac Waymon did a great job in explaining the different systems and took his time with me. He was very approachable and did not pressure me into any particular furnace/ac unit, but provided me the options and had a very good write-up to compare the options. Concerning the install, Austin, Jon, and Nate did a great job of installing the furnace/ac and explaining how to use it. Recently had new high efficiency AC, gas furnace, humidifier, and tankless water heater installed. Could not be more pleased with the product, installation, and quality/professionalism of the Simanton/Eco-Friendly crew. This was not an easy installation due to the finished basement and the way the electric heat pump that was being replaced had been installed. The Simanton installers were very courteous, professional, and diligent.
Andy had to give some serious thought to how to install the new system and new natural gas line from the meter due to obstacles he had to work with. In the end the installation went as planned with completion earlier than predicted. ...read full review
