Melissa was Awesome, even though she could hardly talk! Understandably, she was Very Busy! But she was very patient with me! I was Very Frustrated and she was Incredible! My husband has dementia and I can only do things like this when I have someone to watch him! I needed to get everything done before the end of the year for my Insurance! Merry Christmas, Melissa and a Very Happy New Year ?❤️?

I went in with limited time and needed glasses same day. Melissa, the store manager, went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I was looking for and accommodated my tight time schedule. She is an amazing asset to this store and I will be back just because of her!

Highly recommend! This location for Eyemart Express has 100% earned my business moving forward. Melissa (I believe a Store Manager who deserves to be a Regional Manager!) went well outside of her way to help me correct an issue from a so called high end “reputable” optometrist/lab that had not only failed horribly with my RX, but failed on two consecutive lens/lab attempts, followed by a "no refund policy" reaction. Melissa at Eyemart Express took the time to help me correct the other store’s issues and I can now see better than I’ve seen in years. It’s nice to see that customer service is still alive and well.
