MyEyeDr. has a mixed reputation. While the doctors, including Dr. Albert and Dr. Park, are praised for their kindness and patience, the staff is criticized for being rude and anxious to close. The business is commended for treating disabled clients with dignity and respect, and offering good advice on frame selection.
Kris was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful in processing my insurance claim and helping me with my eye glass selection and options. And the optometrist and assistant were also just as kind and helpful throughout the examination process as well and very informative. In all I felt I was well cared for and all my eye care needs were met.
From the time I at arrived, to the time I left, I was treated with the utmost respect and kindness. All of the staff was so friendly and professional, the employees at front desk, the young lady who took me back for my exam ( I think her name was Victoria, Dr Olivia Elston, and Kris who helped me with my glasses and went over all the details with me. My visit was great.
After 5 visits for adjustments on my glasses I returned for a 6th where I met Andrew at the Elkhart location. He fixed all of the issues I had been having for months. My glasses are now very comfortable. Thank you, Andrew for such an amazing experience! I appreciate you and your expertise!
