Excellent experience here. Dr. Jones is thorough and not rushed. Returned because of her service but hadn’t needed glasses before. We were early for the appointment and instead of waiting, we were able to discuss lens options with Maria (pretty sure kid needed glasses this year). My insurance is usually a pain but all was good… we were able to review my daughter’s eyes with actual pictures during the exam- very impressed. Ended up with a second pair though but wasn’t pressured… just never saw the need before but the needs are there, at the pricing you can’t go wrong though. “TJ” offered a discount on additional pairs as well. I don't normally leave reviews, but I absolutely loved this place. I needed to find a new eye doctor, and figured I'd give this place a try. Don't let it being inside a Wal-Mart sway you away. Everyone was so nice and made me feel comfortable. Starting from the front desk guy, to the eye doctor, and even the lady who you finish up with. So I'm not sure what the bad reviews are for unless it was during another time. They even called to make sure to get the same contact brand I had through my last eye doctor. I'll gladly keep coming back!
I have been going here for the past 6 years, and have had nothing but good experiences. I have not purchased frames here because I get them online, but the prescriptions are always just right. The staff is friendly, and they helped me to find more comfortable contacts.
