Very friendly, knowledgeable and informative. The appointment was very well organized and didn’t take too long. They were also very nice to help explain insurance to me which I thought was very nice.

Dr. Bartlett is, hands down, the best physician that I have ever had!! He takes the time to listen and I know, without a doubt, that he cares about me! I will be lost if he ever retires!! The optical techs were all great too! They were so kind, friendly and helpful! They all deserve ten stars!!

The lady who answered my call got me in the same day that I called. I was impressed by that. The entire team of people that were working at the time of my visit on Friday, February 3rd, were professional and kind. Also, the new optometrist was very thorough. She’s the best I’ve met so far and I’ve been visiting the eye doctor for 11 years now.
