“Technician (Jesse) was at the neighbors property doing repair work for them when he noticed a pinhole leak in my water line in the meter pit. He went out of his way to knock on our door and let us know of the problem. He was on his way to his next after hours service call so wasnt able to correct the issue immediately but called dispatch and had them make an appointment for a free estimate / repair work to be complete the next day. I am so glad that he spent the extra few minutes notifying us of the problem and even went so far as to turn off the valve at the main so that it wouldnt leak more overnight when I asked him to.“

In my specific case, they ended up recommending excavation to fix my line underground to permanently fix the issue, but they were able to get my sewer partially functional which gave me time to find a contractor for a non-emergency repair. They also provided a list of their trusted contractors, one of which I ended up selecting who also did great work.Hopefully I don't, but if I have sewer issues again Snyder's would certainly be the first call I make.“
