Mitch and Clay showed up at the scheduled time, installed a new water heater, removed the old one, cleaned up, and went over with me what they had done. Very professional and courteous! (Full disclosure: Clay is my son, but I'm genuinely satisfied with the service provided. It would make for a very awkward Thanksgiving if I wasn't!)
We have been using Lohmeyer Plumbing for years both at our home and our business for a wide range of work including, water heater, main water line repair, and toilet replacement. This is our 2nd time using Lohmeyer, and they did great AGAIN. Mandy is very pleasant, patient, and kept me informed the whole time. She helped me identify what the possible problem possibly was. (She was right about it, too). She sent me her team earlier than was initially thought, which was great! Scott and Chris were on time, courteous, and efficient. I called them at 9 am, team dispatched at 10:30, and new water heater installed in the afternoon. Seamless!
