Tyler was very thorough checking out my two leak concerns. After having owned many homes in the past, I wasn't surprised by his diagnosis except he found another problem I wasn't aware of. Great detective work. He provided a written estimate of the total repairs AND by breaking down each seperate project, so I could do them as funds allowed. Very professional and friendly. I also appreciate their scheduling technique. I get AM or PM choices with a call ahead. That works really well for me. Thank you!!
