The Matlock team helped us design and install the plumbing system for our new house in Brown County. They were with us every step of the way and their quality and attention to detail is awesome. Our system was a bit more complex as we are on a rainwater catchment system, hot water recirculation system and hybrid heat pump water heater.
We have had issues with our Navien tankless water heater for over a year, it's less than 2 years old. We've had 2 other companies out with no success. After Bailey J's 1st visit I felt that we were heading in the right direction. He just left after making, what we hope, are the final adjustments. Bailey and Matlock Plumbing are truly trying to resolve the issue. I would definitely NOT reccomend any Navien product. I would definitely HIGHLY reccomend Bailey and Matlock Plumbing!
*Update: Jenel of Matlock called and said they will refund me $137. She agreed that I shouldn't have been charged for two people for a job that needed one.
I'm glad that they listen and quickly respond. Mistakes are unavoidable, but I appreciate Matlock's willingness to correct them.

I chose Matlock Plumbing to install a new dishwasher and garbage disposal today. The job was well done. The technicians were nice. One-year service warranty. Great! No complain there.
However, I was charged $180 / hr labor rate for their two people and $139 service charge. The total came out to $594.67 (bill attached).
