“We have an old house and had a big job to be done. We had an older well pump removed, a water softener installed, the main water valve replaced, new plumbing lines and new outdoor faucets installed. With this they also repaired a few areas of the plumbing that had leaked in the past and replaced a few non functioning valves.Because it was non urgent and the scale of our job we took our time and contacted multiple companies for quotes. CMP price was reasonable, but the true reason we picked them over other companies was their people. Dave came to our home for the quote and took the time to explain options to us. He was knowledgeable, kind, and clearly experienced. We were very confident we were going to pick CMP after our experience with Dave even before all of the quotes came in.When it came time for service, they did have to reschedule us once which was not a big deal. It was out of their control and what resonated with us was their impeccable communication. Laura contacted me as soon as she knew and made it easy to reschedule. Throughout the quote and scheduling process, Laura was able to communicate primarily with us via email which is so helpful. Communication is everything to us, and CMP has that.Dave and his apprentice arrived when they said they would, were thorough, professional, and cleaned up after they were done. Later we discovered that the water softener had an intermittent leak after hours. Dave gracefully took my call, talked me through how to divert it, offered to come back out that evening or first thing the next morning. He came back that next morning right when he said he would and was able to fix it within 30 minutes. In a crazy string of bad luck, after they left that same day, the boot to our ejector pump split open and was leaking all over our basement. I called the office and asked for an emergent call. Dave came back that same day and fixed it for a reasonable price. He had been to our house so many times at this point it was comical, and he came in so friendly and accommodating. We all got a good laugh over our luck by that point.The entire experience is so much better than anything we have had in the past with other contractors. The few bumps we had were quickly taken care of. I think it says more about a company with how they deal with these types of issues than anything and CMP was absolutely amazing. I've waited a few months to write this review to make sure we have had no issues so I can confidently say their work is great as well. Dave and Laura were our two main contacts there, and I cannot say enough good things about either of them. We would absolutely use them again, and have given their contact information to our friends and family.“

“Call Them Immediately!! Absolutely amazing service. I am always apprehensive about calling service companies. Especially in the last 10 years as many will overcharge and under deliver. Hendershot Plumbing will be fair and work as hard as possible to solve whatever needs you have.My parents were in desperate need of a severe drain clearing. They couldn’t wash their clothes or use the sink without it backing up. They have had this issue for years but it finally was unusable. And they had both just gotten out of the hospital and were unable to work on it themselves.As a word of mouth recommendation I called them immediately. Not only were they courteous to both myself and my parents but they came same day and worked very hard until the drain was cleared.They charged an extremely fair price considering today’s environment and the drain is better than it’s been in 30 years. “I had to have my gas water heater replaced. They were quick, clean courteous, and very reasonable. I had checked prices prior to asking them out. I also ask for recommendations. I have never had a problem since. I would definitely recommend this company. I have recommended them to friends and relatives and they have been pleased as well. P & K Plumbing also came out when the toilet kept running. I called them and in no time they replaced the insides of the tank. They said that it was very costly for that to continue. They were right!! When I compared my water bill from previous months. So thankful they came right out and fixed my plumbing issues!“

“The company I’m renting my house from hired these guys to replace the sewage pipes.They were good at communicating with me what was going on during the process of the initial visit until the day the pipes were replaced. They showed up in the morning prepared and went above and beyond.They cleaned as they went, and one even cleaned and sanitized the toilet area that was flooded initially. They took care of my property, inside and out.
