“BNG services our: AC/furnace unit, tankless gas water heater, installed & service our generator & mini-split in the garage for pool table & treadmill use. They also extended a ductwork into a room addition & repaired a PVC vent. All the service personnel are knowledgeable & proficient. When you call in, the people on the phone are a delight! They are close by & scheduling for over 2+ years has always been flexible to meet our needs. Their value is solid. :-)“

“Kight is a distributor of building materials and they also do installation. Their parent company is Carter lumber. We are building a house in Kentucky and our contractor likes their ability to show basically everything you need to build or remodel a home. They have an excellent showroom that has material samples for everything, maybe not every color, but pretty much anything you would want. Roofing, siding, lumber, trusses [they were the most competitive solution for the trusses which they manufacture with a CNC machine so they are all exactly the same, and cost way less than having your contractor build them on site.]
But... there are some trade offs. Make sure you check pricing at other stores.
We found they are about the same as home depot and Lowe's or 3-5% higher for most. I would recommend them.“

“I have had to use Derr Heating and Air Conditioning for both my furnace and my air conditioner. Both times my units went out in the most critical moments where it was vital that I had heat and air. Derr's technicians responded very quickly and had my heat going that day! The technicians that I have dealt with have responded with compassion about the situation and urgency. I just had to use them again because my very old unit went out. I have three children and having temperatures reaching 80+ in my house isn't pleasant. I got a hold of Derr and they got me a unit and installed it that same day and now now it's cooler than ever in my house. Thank you Derr for always providing excellent and prompt service.
