Kevin Haas arrived around 3:00 PM to troubleshoot our split unit in the music room. He found the problem but time didn’t allow him to correct the problem which I understand. He was very courteous and knowledgeable and answered all my questions.
I called after noon and got service the same day which was great. Hopefully they can finish by next Tuesday.
I was not charged for the service today since the unit is in warranty.

Brent Delano was here yesterday. I was very satisfied with his performance. He was friendly and courteous and did the best he could to correct the problem I had with work performed by A+ Derr a few months ago. Thanks Brent!

Issac Fuhrman was my tech today. He did an excellent job of explaining what he was here for and completed the pm on the system in a very proficient and professional manner.
Scheduling I rate A+ Derr 1 out of 10.
For the tech, Shawn Miracle, 10 out of 10. He was great. He completed the service very professionally and took time to reset my thermostat WIFI settings and explained how to do it myself which I wasn’t able to make work previously.

David Avery came and performed the necessary repairs and maintenance in a timely and efficient manner and was very pleasant to work with.
