We were really happy with BNG when our furnace went out during the recent cold spell. We got quotes from 3 different companies and went with the lowest being BNG.Our estimate from Jeff was explained in detail and the installation was done exactly as quoted. We were very happy with the technicians also and everything they did.Thanks BNG !!
I purchased a Bryant HVAC system, installed a month ago. It was the best experience I’ve had with a contractor. Currently I am running the heating system, which worked fine from day one. I ask lots of questions and Tyler was always very responsive. The BNG quote was the best of several quotes I obtained, and I was waiting for the “gotcha” that some contractors do, but that never happened. With maybe a weeks notice, Tyler managed to work in keeping an existing humidification system, which I was able to get working. Installation was very smooth and on budget, and I highly recommend Tyler / BNG.
When my heating system went down they came within an hour of my call and were able to install a new system before the frigid weather. Very professional and courteous. Received a follow up call too. Highly recommend.
