They were dispatched through my warranty company. And once my unit finally arrived, which took a month from the warranty company. E l walters was there the very next day to install! Excellent service and I believe they went above and beyond to get my hvac unit installed.

The crew with E L Walters was amazing, they took care in not just putting in my HVAC, also when they ran into an issue where the old unit was taken out called and let me know what was happening, then came back the next day to put new unit in! They came the day after I called for a bid and was here the following morning!! Locally I couldn’t get my heat taken care of for 2 weeks!! I highly recommend this company E L Walters!!
