I am very grateful for the professional gentlemen who appeared this morning for my new heat pump and accessory install. They were well behaved! They were quiet! They took the install mess home with them! They asked great questions! They showed me very clearly how to operate my new appliances! And they smiled the whole time during their visit with me! I am new to town and appreciate the speed to diagnose my technical difficulty and to perform the installation. I trust this business and will recommend them any chance I get. Thank you!
Our technician, Andy, does a great job in explaining all the maintenance checks that he does on our heat and air. He's very knowledgeable and thorough, he even found a leak on a previous check that required replacing the A coil, which was fully under warranty, now the everything is running at top efficiency and keeping us comfortable and saving us money. I will request that he is our technician for future maintenance checks because I know I can count on him to do a great job.
Zach Collins also worked on our installation today. We are so beyond blessed to have this unit and both these guys are amazing and went above and beyond! They even patched a hole in the wall where the new thermostat needed to go. Thank you so much for answering so many about our new unit! You guys rock and definitely deserve a bonus paid day off!
