“We reached out to GR Freeman, Inc. for an estimate to replace our nonfunctioning furnace as well as our air conditioning unit. We were unable to commit to the first two estimates because of unforeseen expenses. However, every time I called for an updated estimate, Dan was quick to respond with an estimate based on current costs of the systems we needed. He was even able to save us money! His crew arrived early as promised and went to work quickly. By 4:00 pm that afternoon, everything had been completed and our old system taken away - in just one day! These men were amazing - friendly, respectful, professional and efficient. Each one answered every question we had as they continued to work on the installation. The home office staff was the best! She was professional as well and was instrumental in scheduling at our convenience. She made sure to send additional crew members to our installation as temperatures were going to be very high in the following days. We love GR Freeman!
