“Was our 2nd time using these folks. First place I thought of when AC went out in 90° plus heat. Came and quoted the following morning, had quote (with good better best opts) that night, and installed whole new system within a few days. It had a performance issue within a couple days. Let them know and they came back out to Northside the next day and resolved it with a smile - zero hastle needed. Lastly, price was more than competitive with no games are negotiation needed. Would highly recommend using them for HVAC needs.“

“I have only good things to say about Rinehart. My 22 year old AC was on its last legs. Kevin, the business owner, came out and did an inspection at no charge. I was given “good” “better” “best” options for a replacement HVAC. (He even offered the option of trying to top off the refrigerant to get through the season). I chose the “good” option, which was going to be far more efficient than my old unit. The install was scheduled quickly, and the technicians that came out were friendly, professional, and thorough. The new system needed a few adjustments, and someone came out very quickly to get it done. Very happy with the unit.I was so happy with Rinehart that I called to see if they do water heaters as well (also 22 years old). They do indeed do water heaters and I had them install one as well. Again, quickly, thoutoughly, and professionally done.I know for a fact that the quote/price I received was significantly less than any of the local competition. Bottom line, not only is Rinehart local, they are the most honest and fair priced HVAC (and other services) within at least 100 miles.Highly recommended..Scott“

They were able to keep an old heat pump limping along until things could be arranged to get a replacement. “I had a new 5 star system installed. So far the system is preforming exceptionally. The installers came out and did a great job with a clean timely install. Avery did a great job explaining everything and keeping a good attention to detail while completing the install. We had a little water leak from having to remove the hot water heater and a plumber was dispatched in a timely fashion making things right. Overall they made making a major financial decision easy and reassuring.“

“Had 2 systems installed by them them last July when we finished out upstair attic. They work great and heat and cool and make it very comfortable. The other night one of the systems flashed and error code and shut down. I called the them and left a message on the non emergency voicemail and expected a call back the following day since it was after hours. To my surprise I got a call back from them that night in less than an hour. I explained what was going on and told him the error code that had came up.he asked me a few questions and told me a few things I can check and do over the phone. This got the system reset and working again for me and he said that he would follow up the following day and schedule a service call if needed. Checked system the following day and everything was working as should. I was contacted the following morning and asked if everything was working and I told him yes everything is working as it should now. Thank you guys for the great customer service I will definitely give them a call when my system downstairs needs replaced or needs service in the future.“
