“Sometimes, you don't need all of the bells and whistles when it comes to an eye exam. That's not to say the optometrists at Target Optical aren't thorough -- they are. They're just efficient, and for a lady like me who likes efficiency in general and needed to get in and out specifically on the day that I visited, Target Optical fit my needs. I knew my prescription had not changed since the last time I got my eyes checked 12 months ago, so I just needed a doctor to check my eyes and confirm my suspicions by writing me a prescription. I was able to get my eye exam and prescription in hand in about 30 minutes. Also, my appointment started on time, and they didn't pressure me to order glasses or contacts from them. I told them that I just wanted my prescription because I wanted to buy a specific style of glasses elsewhere, and they were basically like, "Good, thanks for visiting, have a wonderful day," etc. I came back on a different day because I needed them to take my optical measurements for some glasses that I was buying somewhere else, and they didn't even blink as they measured my eyes and wrote down the measurements to give to a different optometrist. They didn't even charge me, either. Dang. All of this just endears me to Target Optical for my basic optometry needs.“

I cannot say enough great things about my experience today, specifically because of Erica. I came in needing new glasses for the first time in almost seven years, feeling completely overwhelmed and unsure of what would look right on me. Within minutes of working with Erica, all of that disappeared.
