When we discovered the flooding, we reached out to them right away, and they arrived early the next day to start mitigating the water damage. Once the damaged material was removed, they helped us work with our insurance company to get our claim submitted and provided great ideas for restoring our basement. They had a clear vision of how to best utilize the space and make improvements. Their team did excellent work and was very professional. We love our basement and are grateful to have it back.

The only hiccups we experienced were that we would have appreciated weekly updates on when their team was scheduled to arrive and what work was planned, and it would have been helpful to see drawn-up plans after our brainstorming sessions.
