Reviews
I procrastinated getting my carpet cleaned and I just had one room to do. I saw a Smith-Mathis van in traffic so I called them as I reminded myself I only had a couple days left to get my carpet cleaned before a major surgery. They were GREAT at accommodating my procrastination! Dave Pope was my service man that was right on time and very professional. Thank you for putting my mind at ease and YES, the carpet looks GREAT and CLEAN!! Thank you! 👍🏻 😊
Everything about Smith-Mathis is high quality. I scheduled with the same employee as before, who does a magnificent job stretching and cleaning my carpets. He arrives on time, explains what he will do, and does it. When I had a question about my bill, the manager responded quickly by phone. My friend in Florida wants to know if they will travel to her house!
