“No one likes it when the A/C goes out at the beginning of a heatwave! And that's just where I found myself last Thursday night. My service tech came on Friday to diagnose a major problem which required a part being ordered...on a Friday afternoon...from Memphis, TN!! SO, I stayed in close communication with Nick (aka Super Hero #1) while he tracked the shipment to be delivered on Wednesday. When the delivery window came and went, he communicated that it had been extended until about 5pm...just in time for everyone to go home for the evening. The temps in my house were above 80 degrees for six nights, sleep was not happening, and I pleaded with Nick for a little consideration in trying to get it fixed, regardless of when it was delivered. Around 4pm, he called, new part in hand and a service tech, Chris (aka Super Hero #2), willing to come down in the next 30 minutes and make the repair! I don't think I've been as impressed as I was with these two fine gentlemen and their willingness to help me. Alex, a tech in training was also a big help. WELL DONE, and thank you both from the bottom of my heart!!! :) :) :)”
