On our latest job he found multiple serious problems with ventilation and electrical connections in our attic caused by work either not done or done shoddily by past contractors. “Reached out to Rob McConnell in Commercial services as I know he's had great feedback from previous jobs. I needed residential service with my HVAC, so he had me speak to the right person and they were at my house within a few hours. I had a bad HVAC clog and it was leaking under my hardwood floors. They were very knowledgeable and explained to me each thing they were checking and fixing. They also gave helpful information and tips how prevent future clogs. “I would highly recommend this contractor. He squeezed one job in due to certain circumstances. Showed up at 7am, stayed until 9 pm, worked after hours to get it done. Second shower was a week later. Great employees, courteous, quality work, service after the job, thought of the little things I did not to make it better, on budget, fair price, Absolutely no issues with workmanship. He probably won't start your job tomorrow, not be a handyman price, won't cut corners, so if your looking for that he may not be your man for the job. Thanks CNC Construction.“
