“After calling 2 different roofing companies and not getting anywhere, I called Koontz. They immediately got me on the schedule. When Adam (estimator) came out he went above and beyond to ensure my roof was in top shape. He was, helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I should have called Koontz first, I won't make that mistake again.”
“Erik and his crew did an excellent in taking care of the crawl space situation. They were quick to respond to my dilemma and very easy and pleasant to work with. And they took care of a big problem for me.”
