HFI Awesome Service!! Technician came same day, fixed problem, wore shoe covers to protect carpet. Very polite and knowledgeable. Fixed problem right away. Highly Recommend HFI and all services have been 5.0. Worth every penny ! Thank you all!!HFI has been great! HFI fixed our new HVAC system which had been installed by another company incorrectly and heating and cooling was unsafe to use. HFI also found electrical wiring problem and electrician was called to rewire electrical panel for hot wire and ground wire crossed which was a major safety Issue. John and Chad came out to reposition the downdraft duct and gas line under my kitchen island, to accommodate a new gas cooktop and telescoping downdraft vent I'd purchased. They did a great job moving the utilities without mangling my cabinet floors, and they even installed my new kitchen equipment for me. The last owner of the house installed an electric cooktop for some reason, but now I'm cooking with gas again thanks to John & Chad!

Was very impressed. Came out same day, was meant to be a third opinion and wound up fixing it. Saved me over $1500. Highly recommend.Edit to add that they fixed what would have been over a $2000 repair or $16000 system replacement.
