The delivery and installation guys, one of which being rick, were absolutely amazing. my apartment had an issue with turning on the hot water for the washer and they went above and beyond to be sure that the washer could run it. I was also told that the owner is the one who you want to talk to there as he is the best person. The 2 ladies i talked to were rude, condescending, and absolutely horrible. I told one that all i wanted was something even if it was telling me they don't know when they said they would call me back shortly. instead i had to call back 2 HOURS LATER only to have to leave a message and leave the first review. Hoppies was contracted by Hisense to do the warranty repairs on our refrigerator. Hoppies hands were tied as Hisense would only allow them to replace the parts that they would authorize and send out. We purchased our Hisense refrigerator from Lowes and it was the biggest piece of junk. After 3 service calls, Hoppies was helpful in convincing Hisense that their product was a lemon and I am currently getting a refund. Although it was a painful process, it was not Hoppies fault and they were helpful in taking care of us as best as Hisense would allow.They are responsive to calls and the tech even text back and forth with me through the process. Purchased a used washer and was able to get same day delivery. Sales associate had great customer service and accommodating with my schedule. Delivery workers professional, helpful and informative.
