Stopped by Hoppies today needing a replacement part for a stove hood but the part wasn't available at the store. The employee working there researched on-line, called the parts supplier and helped me with requesting the part needed from the warehouse. In minutes the part was ordered and being sent to my house. Great customer service and friendly staff.
Hoppies was contracted by Hisense to do the warranty repairs on our refrigerator. Hoppies hands were tied as Hisense would only allow them to replace the parts that they would authorize and send out. We purchased our Hisense refrigerator from Lowes and it was the biggest piece of junk. After 3 service calls, Hoppies was helpful in convincing Hisense that their product was a lemon and I am currently getting a refund. Although it was a painful process, it was not Hoppies fault and they were helpful in taking care of us as best as Hisense would allow.They are responsive to calls and the tech even text back and forth with me through the process.
