WOW. I will start my review by saying Alpha Air's communication is top notch. Responses to inquiries were very quick.
I had a heat pump and air blower replaced. The process from getting a replacement quote to the replacement seemed stress-free.
Bradford (owner) is very knowledgeable and actually completes the work himself, along with a couple staff members. They arrived at 9am, as stated they would arrive. The installation was completed by 4pm. They worked continuously the whole time.
I highly HIGHLY recommend Alpha Air, LLC for your HVAC a/c and heating needs. You will not be disappointed in their service.

Our a/c went out on a Friday late afternoon during the heat wave. We suffered through the weekend then called Alpha Air based on their good reviews and the fact that they were local. Brad came within two hours, was courteous and professional, diagnosed the faulty part and replaced it immediately. We have "regained our cool." The cost was reasonable. I asked about the one negative reviewer. It turns out he has reposted that review each year for the last five, sometimes under a different name. It was a job in a distant city done as a favor to a friend. The 3-year-old warranty couldn't be honored because the customer had brought someone else in to work on it in the meantime....read full review
